Friendly staff And excellent patient care
I do my Outpatient Physical Therapy here on the 2nd floor with Shelby. She's great, as is the facility. To my knowledge there's no ER here; if you're looking for that you're looking for the other Everett Providence location. There's a Women's & Children's Pavillion here and all sorts of other doctors and specialists. There are plenty of disabled spaces, but beyond that there isn't a ton of parking out front. There are a few streetside spaces to supplement the lot, if you can find em. And there's a main/overflow lot attached to the hospital that requires a little bit of walking. The premises are clean and well maintained, and security is present, but not overbearing. In stark contrast to the Providence ER location where patients and visitors must pass thru metal detectors, show ID, and submit to search, all prior to entry.
They saved my life after 3 strokes. Wonderful care .l can't express enough what a great place this is to be cared for after an emergency. The Drs a nd staff are top notch. They do a great job with tender care.
Counslors and nurses are extremely kind. I slept thru most my withdrawl with very little discomfort. The detox meds were just right, no hangover. Clean rooms so the food was my only complaint, a lil bla. Detox made easy but realized aftercare is very important. If you need to detox, this is the place to be. Felt safe
Great medical center with specialists, general practitioners and emergency facilities. Emergency service is typically fast with minimal wait times and triage system. Nurses and doctors are caring and friendly. All around great medical services!
Not very good at working with low income people.
The attention everybody received as required was better than expected.
